Turnkey was there for us during our basement renovation from preliminary discussions to final touches. They are organized, highly talented and professional. We are very happy with the collaboration and customer service. We absolutely recommend Turnkey for any renovation or construction project. They are on time, discrete and offer wonderful results.

Right from the get go, I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness to my vision by Stu. After shopping around I felt the cost was fair, and there were no cost overruns, which was important to me (except for a couple of minor changes I asked for during the construction). The job was completed on time, on budget, and the crew were friendly, efficient, and responsible. My family and I are extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to refer Stu and Turnkey Construction to others. In fact, I have referred Turnkey to my brother-in-law already.

I have worked alongside Turnkey Construction for over 5 years and never hesitate to recommend them to my clients. Whether its a renovation or new build, they have amazing crews that know how to get the job done with ease and skill. Stu and his teams are easy to work with and are passionate about delivering a high level of service!

While we had an idea of what needed to be done on our home renovation, we thought finding a company that we could trust. However Turnkey was our first call, after a recommendation from a friend. Stu met with us and we discussed what our visions were. He walked us thru how he would go about it, and what had to be done. He was very patient with us as we had many questions. After our meeting we reached back out for an estimate and ultimately decided to move forward with Turnkey. During the project we discovered how detail oriented not only stu but his entire crew was. They worked diligently to ensure the job was done right and on time. Everybody was very friendly and respectful, the project turned out better than we could have imagined. 10/10 would recommend.

Turnkey was hired to renovate my main floor, bathroom and kitchen. Throughout the entire renovation, their construction manager Wes, was there to help with any questions we needed answered or to provide solutions to any issues we ran into, being that our home is very old. We would recommend working with Turnkey for any home renovations or new builds!
