Michael and his amazing team recently completed our second project together. One Build help us plan, gave thoughtful suggestions and executed the project on time and on budget. The entire team is professional and a pleasure to work with. The attention to detail and pride in workmanship is evident. We are thrilled with the outcome and recommend One Build to everyone we know. Our inlaw suite build took approximately 8 months to complete. We are very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Mike and his team. One Build acted as project manager and dealt with the various trades and quotes. Unfortunately, there were overruns on certain segments of the build due to unforeseen problems. Estimates are not written in stone and prior to each segment of the build we were given a revised cost along with the reason for the change. They are honourable, meticulous and stand by their work. We trust their work and would recommend One Build for any renovations.

The OnBuild team were exceptional, start to finish! Owner Mike Walsh was helpful in planning and executing every aspect of this major reno, from the design, permits, the demolition, and the rebuild. He worked with exceptional trades, was responsive to every change we wanted to make as we went, and still came in at a budget that we anticipated and reflected excellent work. He communicated regularly and willingly, and all the work was done in the anticipated. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and very easy to deal with. Our reno is exactly what we wanted; our house is a showstopper! I recommend Mike and his team with absolute confidence.
