The serviceman came down on the Monday evening to check out the machine for a flat fee. No ridiculous. travel fee like a couple other services wanted to charge just for literally driving up the street from the shop/office. Parts were needed to be ordered for the repair. A quote was given for the total cost of the repair. Promised the work would be done by the end of the week. Kept the promise. Was fixed by early Saturday evening. Would definitely recommend.

Called and talked to Sam said he'd be here today on a sunday. Was here quick and fixed the problem

Fridge had a sensor issue and needed a part replaced. Called, they diagnosed problem quickly and replaced part within a reasonable amount of time.

I called A1- Active Appliance after my fridge stopped working last Saturday. Sam was quick to call me back to schedule an appointment and arrive on site shortly. He was knowledgeable and had the part on hand to repair the fridge. Happy with my service and would recommend.

I called about my refrigerator which had stopped cooling. He came the same day...was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We were lucky enough that the part we needed he had in stock and replaced quickly. Thank you Sam for being efficient and quick. Would use again in an instant and would definitely recommend!

Sam cam out on a friday evening to consult and we needed a part to fix the issue.. when it was in he came back on a sunday to fix the stove... He was very polite and cleaned up any mess that he made
