HVAC replacemnt
Comfort Way team has done an excellent job in replacing 25-years old furnace and A/C. Both old systems were still working without issues, though worries about furnace breaking during winter's cold periods prompted us to perform the change sooner. Comfort Way was an incredibly good choice as the quality of their work is unmatched - starting from properly sizing the equipment, explaining different options and arguably the most important - installation of the equipment itself. Installing of the furnace and heat pump was done superb - team took their time and have not overlooked any detail. Pipes, conduits, wires all routed aesthetically, leaks sealed, all was tightened and leveled. Not a regular builder installation for sure. In sort - very happy with the choice. Highly recommend.

Toilet & bidet installation. Furnace maintenance and checkup.
Comfort Way performed our requested work in a very professional manner. They were most knowledgeable in journeyman specialties and performed their tasks in a clean and orderly fashion with attention to detail. We look forward to using Comfort Way again for our future needs. Alcide Belanger

Honest and Knowledgeable Plumber
I needed my kitchen and bathroom sink faucets replaced. Serhiy arrived on time, replaced the faucets and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, explaining why and what he did to make the faucets work beautifully. I was very pleased with his work and recommended him highly.

Bathroom installation and repair
Had Serge come out to complete a bathroom renovation and fix a number of plumbing issues with the house. Was very friendly and took the time to explain the issue and how it was resolved. He also left the worksite spotless. Would highly recommend.

Knowlegeable, prompt, professional
Of all four contractors I consulted to have a new natural gas power vent hot water tank installed, Serge was the most knowledgeable regarding safety code compliance and heater efficiency. The prices quoted were similar but Serge included a cold water mixer valve in his price and recommended I buy myself a hot water tank pan that he placed under the tank during installation. He set the temperature to 120F and fully documented the work, along with a photo of his thermometer.

Furnace & A/C Replacement
Fair price, trustworthy and excellent craftsmanship. If you are looking for a new furnace or A/C, look no further. Serge is the best. He answers the phone, comes on time, takes time to explain the process and any potential issues and takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure to work with him and i am happy to recommend him.

Hot Water Tank Replacement
Serge was very friendly and efficient He quoted the job accurately, came when he said he would and completed the job perfectly and left everything neat and tidy.

New AC install
Im extremely impressed with the AC installation performed by Serge. The work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless. The new AC unit is working perfectly, keeping my home comfortably cool. I highly recommend this technician for anyone in need of expert air conditioning installation.

Great
I had a great experience with Comfort Way. They responded to my request very quickly and were able to come for a service call within a few days. They spent some time determining what was wrong causing my wall unit A/C to leak, and were able to determine the condensate line was installed improperly years ago, and as a result was kinked (as seen in photo) so water couldn't get out. They then quickly reinstalled a new line that flows properly and after years of a leaky A/C, it is now perfect! Serge was also very friendly and kept me updated regularly during the work, and showed me exactly what was wrong. I would definitely hire them again for any future A/C issues
