Great job rebuilding my retaining wall and fence

They did a great job fixing up my retaining wall and fence after the original one fell over during a wind storm. It was great working with Paul, and the workers were all very respectful. My bathroom was always clean after they used it.

    Sundeck Renovation

Beautiful and efficient workmanship. It was a pleasure dealing with VS Deck and Rail. The end result is much nicer than I had hoped for. My house is a 1912 character house and the new custom made railings match the original 100%. I'm very happy with the end results!

    Answer from pro:

I was also happy with way the rail turned out. Good decision and matches the house perfectly!

    Deck membrane

This company has always been reliable and efficient. They do excellent work. One of my Huskies chewed on the corner of our balcony and damaged the deck membrane and this company came out in a timely manner and fixed it for us! It's so nice to know that even a small repair is dealt with quickly years after the deck membrane was installed. On a side note, the balcony is very easy to wash and I love the look of our balcony membrane. So much better than deck paint because it seals out moisture.

    Answer from pro:

Your remarks are very kind and glad we could be of help. Sorry for taking longer than normal to get out and do appreciate your patience A..

    Rebuild balcony deck and railing

My bedroom balcony is a shared platform of a duplex house that is exposed to the elements. Last spring my neighbor had noticed some rot on his side of the balcony, so we called Paul at VS Decks. When it was discovered that it was more than a simple repair we decided to completely rebuild, install Duradek membrane, and a new aluminum railing. All was done on time and on budget, looks great now. The total cost was split by the two duplex owners, about $7500 each.

    Answer from pro:

Glad we could keep the project on Budget and complete in a timely manner. The rail style really accents the home and looks seamless. All the best - Paul.
