Very prompt with a response to my inquiry. Jon was knowledgeable and professional. Job was done well and I’m happy with the results.

My dad had his furniture in an outdoor storage unit. Somehow water got in there and mold grew all over his much loved dining table. We thought it was a total loss, but I sent some pictures to Jon and he was convinced it could be saved. He drove all the way from NW to SE to pick it up and bring it back. The table looks amazing, doesn’t look like there was ever any mold. My dad is very happy. Thanks I much Jon!!!!

John and his team excellent at diagnosing the reason for intermittent water accumulation in one corner of the basement. They discovered a crack in the foundation cement wall and repaired it promptly and efficiently. He communicated ever step and was very professional.

They responded quickly to my request for help with damage caused by a leaking shower valve, which led to mold forming in the basement drywall. Jon came out promptly to assess the situation and provided a detailed quote in a timely manner. Shortly after, a team member arrived to cut out the damaged drywall. Mold removal chemicals were applied, and a specialized fan was used to thoroughly dry the area in preparation for the next steps.Ghirmay did an excellent job installing the new drywall. He returned several times to treat and monitor mold found behind the bathroom vanity, showing great attention to detail and care throughout the process.The entire team was professional, reliable, and truly dedicated to the job. I especially appreciated Jon taking my late-night distress call on a Friday, who does that? The team at A & O Restoration, that’s who!
