Arthur worked hard to get the details ironed out to deliver a quote covering the desired scope of work, including a future disconnect for future solar. I send out a lot of RFPs to people, and I received very generic responses. Arthur sent a questionnaire and asked for photos and details. He was able to advise on the correct product and its limitations, unlike other companies that gave a simple quote without understanding the situation.
