Ali came over to assess the situation, and I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain the process to me and assured me that the sprays he uses are safe, which was important to me. When he started the treatment, it was clear that he paid attention to every detail, making sure every corner of the house was covered. He didnt rush the job and made sure everything was done properly. Since his visit, I havent seen a single spider or bug, and its such a relief to feel comfortable in my home again. Ive been struggling with bed bugs for over six months, and it was a nightmare. Initially, I reached out to a couple of companies that did chemical treatments, which seemed to work for a few days. But soon enough, the bed bugs were back, and I had to throw out a lot of my furniture. It was not only costly but incredibly frustrating because my remaining furniture started getting infested too. Thats when I came across Smite A Mite. They stood out right from the inspection stage, doing a thorough review of my entire place. Unlike the previous companies, they suggested a heat treatment, where they brought in giant heaters and fans and heated my place for over six hours at temperatures above 60 degrees. The best part? They were able to treat some of my furniture, so I didnt have to throw everything out this time. Yes, it was more expensive than the chemical treatments I had tried before, but it was totally worth it. I can honestly say I havent seen a single bed bug since they completed the treatment.
