My oven has caught fire twice and GE are refusing to accept that the oven is faulty. They have said there is oil that is causing the fire. There are 4 long slots at the bottom of the oven where I assume some oil has dripped into however you cannot see it unless you unscrew the base , which is what their technician did. He did not clean it or even ask me to clean it , he just screwed the base back on and left saying they have asked the manufacturer to change the design as this happens frequently. He also suggested we dont use the oven however GE will not repair or replace the oven saying I need to unscrew it all and clean it .

My Washer broke, Scheduling an appointment was done in minutes. fast and easy. The technician came the following day and was extremely professional. Very polite and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem quickly, took the time to explain, asked multiple questions about the use, detergent, frequency, etc and provided options and details on next steps. Parts have been ordered and repair is schedule in a couple of days. Very satisfied with the service.
