Restoration Express came in and really helped out our family household from what could have been a really awful water damage related situation. George and his staff were very clear, attentive and prompt. They arrived early during a snowstorm, which a testament to their commitment and dedication. Above all, George was very clear and direct in his assistance. He maintained a positive approach throughout his time with us and saved our floors on multiple levels of our home from serious, serious water damage due to a plumbing incident. George was flexible and amenable in all ways. I highly recommend George's services and would fully recommend Restoration Express for any water-damage related emergency.

I had George from Restoration Express come out earlier to look at a job for me. He was fair, very honest, and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in the future.

General contractor service: repair; Detached house
George from Restoration Express has been a huge help in finding the source of leak in my home that I've been dealing with for the past year. I've had countless number of people visiting to investigate the leak and he was the only one to pin-point and identify the issue. Not only was he able to find the leak but I was amazed with his service and professionalism as he was very quick to respond back and offered to come visit and figure out a solution at NO COST. (he came by 3 different times for proper assessment) I really appreciate his empathy and genuineness to help others.

Repair rot / water damage: Small area indoors
I had a leak in the basement ceiling that had gone on for a few weeks. George responded promptly, gave a comparable estimate and then proceeded to the job all in one day. We discussed an additional fee for plumbing service, should it be a pipe-leak issue, and when the work was done he waived the fee. George was friendly, timely, and professional in getting the job done. I'll be using Restoration Express again.

Bathroom Remodel

He took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life beautifully. The team was punctual and completed the project on time and within budget. Basement insulation, drywall & retrofit
We met George through a previous project of mold control & extra insulation for our attic. He did that job completely to our satisfaction and so we reached out to him to renovate an unfinished part of our basement with spray foam insulation, drywall & flooring. Again, this project was completed beyond our expectations, with attention to details. George is very personable & professional, with a great understanding of how to solve any challenges that arise in a project. His team is friendly, efficient & hardworking. 18 Hollywood condo 401
Excellent renovation work completed to the finest details of a 1400sqf condo featuring new laminate floor, kitchen cabinets and appliances, complete refurbishment of two bathrooms, and fresh paint. George did a great job and complied with the scope of work without deviation. He was very cooperative and humble, and did not hesitate to do whatever is needed to exceed expectations. Condo delivered cleaned and spotless and ready to be used. I like working with George again and I recommend him for condo renovations being punctual, professional and humble person to work with.

Quick to respond and great service
Great quick response and the owner really cares and goes out of his way. I sincerely appreciate their response in a world where its hard to find someone that will respond as quickly.
