I hired Hunter Hill on the recommendation of my designer Nanette Snel. I could not be more pleased with the work Melena and her team did - installing overhead light fixtures, wallpapering a guest room and painting a bathroom, kitchen backsplash area, feature wall in living room and the foyer. Everyone was meticulous in the work they did and so pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any similar projects.

Since my last review of Hunter Hill we have had them do our main floor floors (fabulous), stairs, dining room ceiling and a total gut of our basement offices and bathroom. The basement had the old 70's cheap paneling, old trim, floors etc. We now have 3 wall of built in cupboards/drawers/desks. The unit was made into dual purpose- Main room-an office and kitchenette/living room and the other one an office /bedroom. Now we can have family & friends come and stay in a luxurious hideaway. The 3 pce bathroom is luxurious as well. We are so satisfied and pleased with the whole thing. Melina, Gary, Mark and Jason-good work team!

Melena Gibner, owner of Hunter Hill, contracted to reconfigure and renovate our 60 yr old bathroom. She & her staff did a beautiful job, with great fastidiousness and precision. We would not hesitate to refer her. She has 20 yrs experience and knowledge which was put to good use with some problems unearthed in our bathroom.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism that Melena and her crew showed my family. She designed and built my wonderful new washroom and basement on time and within my tight budget. I couldn't be happier!

My father is one of the top designers in the city, he won't let anyone paint his house except Hunter Hill. My mother loved her as well. I decided to plaster and paint my hallways and staircases and add new trim. I took my father's advice and went with Hunter HIll. So here is my review: They were everything my father said that they would be. They were on time,very clean and wow they really do, do beautiful work. These walls were a mess, Steve, made them look brand new. I asked melena for a refinisher, she referred me but the job wasn't done to my expectation. It was her refference and she stood by that. I was expecting her to shrug her shoulders and apologize but she made it right.I would definitely refer Hunter Hill to all of my friend. THanks A

Hunter Hill was referred to me by a contractor friend - he only deals w/top quality. Milena lived up to his standards & more importantly - mine! The job was done exceptionally well, and quickly. The painters were very polite, knowledgeable and good. They did the outside trim & doors of the house & stained my large deck and am scheduling them to do all of the indoors soon. I have recommended Milena/Hunter Hill to my sister in law, will recommend them to others, and I recommend them to you. You will not be disapointed.

We have used Hunter Hill painting & Design for various projects as we bought and restored a farm that was a major fixer-upper. Melena and her crew have always provided outstanding service and excellent workmanship. Its refreshing to deal with a contractor who cares and takes pride in their work. My family just relocated and I hired Hunter Hill to paint the interior of the house before we moved in. Melena and her staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and very, very accommodating because I imposed a tight time schedule on them. They not only finished the job ahead of schedule, the quality was incredible. Every imperfection in the house was plastered, sanded and smoothly painted. I would definitely hire Hunter Hill again and recommend to anyone in need of a quality painter.
