Nick and Mike came to fix a few issues I had after Enbridge replaced my meter. While Enbridge was curt, impatient, and downright rude, Nick and Mike were extremely professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Nick was able to provide me with options and with his sincerity, gave me the confidence that I could trust him. I'm so happy with the work they did and would gladly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

I was very happy in dealing with Nick from start to end to replace my hot water tank back in Feb 2023 which had developed a leak at the plastic drain valve. It was time to just replace it with a better tank. Nick was very professional and did a quality installation of the new hot water tank without cutting corners. I'm glad I went with Nick. I'm very happy with my new hot water tank and Nick's work.

Our gas fireplace was not working, and it had to be fixed quickly to sale our home. Other larger HVAC companies in Oakville wanted to follow a lengthy protocol, including a first inspection, ordering the parts, a second visit, etc. and the cost was astronomical. Nick was able to fix the fireplace in one visit. He understood the urgency of the matter, came in with all the required equipment and the cost was very reasonable.

In our brand new home, Nick installed my slide-in gas stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and water line to my fridge. The only thing he did right was the water line (that I can tell so far) and the dishwasher (sort of). We trusted that he knew what he was doing and would be doing it correctly but years later we find out that many corners were cut. He didn't install the proper insulation for the microwave to the outside vent so in the winter every time we open the microwave door cold air comes in. He didn't install our gas stove properly, since day one it has never been level, it wasn't centered in the space for the stove, and eventually the stove started lifting up on one side and totally off the counter on the other causing the gasket to come off at the front and the lip to separate. The dishwasher was a total pain. While he did install it properly, we had a leak the very first time we ran a full load. We called Nick and he eventually came back to check his work, only checked the dishwasher and said his installation was fine and to get a new machine. We got a new machine but Nick refused to to install it because it wasn't worth his while to come and only install one appliance. We went weeks without a dishwasher because he couldn't care less about our situation. We eventually found another installer who installed the 2nd dishwasher which also leaked and he took 30 seconds to find that the issue was a blocked drain pipe and we got the problem fixed that same day. Due to Nick's sloppy work and don't-care attitude, we have lived with these issues for too long despite paying a great deal for these appliances that we thought would have been professionally installed with care.

Nick and his partner were absolutely fantasic. Both very professional and went over every detail with me. Had no issue feeling extremely at ease and comfortable leaving them in my home while I had to do errands. Top notch service and the end product was better than I had anticipated. I'd recommend him to anyone!

i wanted the base of the exterior of the fireplace closed and the specialists did a very good job by placing steel plates as an enclosure.

Our old hot water tank was 22 years old and although it was still working we knew it was on borrowed time. After doing our research we selected Metro West Gas & Appliance Installation to supply and install a new water heater tank. Nick and Mike arrived as scheduled and completed the job in about two hours. I would recommend using them for any type of gas appliance installation or maintenance job. Thanks Nick for a job well done.

Nick (and Mike) were very friendly, courteous and informative. Had an issue with my Pilot light staying on. The Thermocouple unit was not functioning.... but based on the age of the Fireplace unit, Nick recommended replacing the entire Piot Assembly (3 individual components) to ensure continued long lasting operation. They inspected and cleaned the entire unit (Glass too). It is all working now and I am anxious to start using it in Later October when it gets colder. I give a full recommendation to Nick and Mike for their service that they provide. It sure is nice to see that small independent operations are still around. :-) .... Thx Nick!

Metrowest came on time and did a great job of cleaning our BBQ. We had thought that it was on its deathbed, but it operates like new now.

Awesome work and great service. Nick and his crew were phenomenal. Highly recommend them as the installation of my hood vent went great. Tough job but went smoothly and surprisingly so quick.
