Working Robbie/Raakss Reno was an exceptionally positive experience! From the initial call with Robbie through project completion and post-project support, his communication was clear and his expertise and quality of work were great. Our project included a full renovation of our primary bathroom, including installation of a steam room. Robbie completed the project in scope, on time, and on budget. He was extremely professional and positive throughout, and was very clean/tidy. His support/advice without question led us to a better bathroom than we had initially imagined. Robbie came highly recommended when I did my initial search for a local contractor...and he did not disappoint! For all stages of the reno (design, construction & after sales customer service), Robbie was amazing in every aspect. I am very happy with the work he did and will definitely be using him again in the future and I encourage those reading this review to do so too!

Robbie was great from day 1! He is very friendly and willing to accommodate special requests and budgetary restrictions, while still providing high quality services. We had our kitchen and bathroom upgraded and they are beautiful now! He did the job in a very reasonable/quick time frame, so we werent living in the mess of a reno for very long at all! Would highly recommend Robbie and RAAKSS Reno for your home reno needs!

Robbie was great! He did an awesome job with the renovation of my downtown bathroom. Provided great advice as we were going through the design phase. Was very fair priced and honest. His work was very professional, clean, and he made a really good effort to be as non-disruptive as possible. Very flexible and easy to get along with. Previously had renovated a couple of bathrooms with RAAKKS and we very happy with Robbie's finishing. So decided to get our basement finished. Robbie was very professional during this huge project. The cost was maintained and everything was finished in the approximate timeline that was suggested. The actual quality of the finishing is very high and we have after care support if anything is required fixing. They even worked on items not part of the basement. Job well done.

We hired Raakss to renovate our basement. We had used him a few years ago to renovate a washroom and knew his work and professionalism. Sure enough Robbie did a great job at a fair price. He removed old laminate and laid down drycore and new vinyl plank...painted entire basement and updated the electrical fixtures and switches installed new pot lights and 3 new doors with frames. Robbie always sticks with one job at a time until it is complete. Renovations can be hectic and stressful Robbie helps to make it a better experience. He kept us informed at all times and completed the job on schedule.

Robby did an amazing job. He was on time. Very professional. Charged a responsible amount. Finished job ahead of time. Cleaned up after the work was completed. Really liked working with him.

Robbie did a great job on our bathroom reno. We're really happy with it. He was really great as we were planning it out as well. He's super responsive and has lots of great ideas on how to make the project perfect. The reno was finished in the time he estimated and the costs were as quoted. I would definitely have him back for any future projects.

We are extremely happy to have had Robbie from RAAKSS RENO to remodel our small bathroom. It is now so much more efficient, looks great and my family is very happy thanks to Robbie's amazing work. He changed the bathtub, shower and the toilet, completely redid the floor and wall tiles, the lights, the fan and the wiring for them, repositioned the pipes and the air vent. He worked very efficiently all by himself (I still don't know how he was able to switch bathtubs in that tight space at the top of the stairs). As soon as we called, Robbie helped us with what to shop for and while honoring what we wanted, he made it even better with spot-on pro suggestions. He not only improved the functionality of the bathroom but also made it look very nice! His care for detail is exquisite. The project was on-time, his estimate was precise and clear as well. He is a professional that you can trust and also is a very well-mannered nice guy to have in the house. We recommend Robbie from RAAKSS RENO to anyone with confidence.
