    Repair or treat facade: Vinyl Siding
    Brian came to my home and told me he could do the job for $1500. There was a leak in my garage and it appeared to be coming from the area outside where the siding meets the brick. On the day of the repair, they took a few bricks down and Brian said the cost was going to be a lot more and it was going to take up to 3 days. This was going to cost $7000. About 7 hours after arriving they told me the job was done but they still expected the $7000. To make a long story short I contested the amount of money for something that took much less time then he said it would take. I finally agreed to pay $5500. They did remove and replace some bricks and removed some expanding foam that was pushing out the siding. It looks like they sprayed some sort of clear waterproof solution. It is now 2 months later and the garage is leaking as much as before. I don't want this company anywhere near my home and will now have to find another company to actually fix the problem. They deserve negative stars.

    Small masonry jobs: Repair leak
    Thought I hired a reputable pro but phones, texts and email are not working leaving me feeling ghosted! The porch was leaking into the cold room below. Brian and crew, were punctual and polite. Then the upsell: two cracks, which had not caused any issues to date and not part of the original porch injection plan were pointed out on the foundation to the side of the house. Before a contract was signed Brian had the side dug up; new quote was way over my budget. His consultation with the office came back with a cost still over my budget. Brian was insistent to fix the cracks. The job site was left put back together and the porch slate work was not destroyed. I was assured that if there were any issues they would be straight back out. Warranty work specified in the billing but not what Brian had said on day 1. So far, 2 days of work, $5500.00, the porch issue was not resolved. I will edit this review when the job is successfully completed by Asap Roofing & Masonry. Waiting to hear back!

    I had my roof replaced by ASAP Roofing and Masonry, and they did an amazing job. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and worked hard to get everything done quickly. The new roof looks great, and they made sure to clean up really well after the job. They kept me updated through the whole process and made everything stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done — very professional and reliable!

    Waterproofing

    “I had foundation waterproofing done on my home and I’m really happy with the results. The team was professional, showed up on time, and explained every step of the process clearly.     Chimney and parging

    I had my chimney rebuilt by ASAP Roofing and Masonry, and I’m very impressed with their work. They replaced the flashing around the chimney and also did parging around my property.
