Got my refrigerator fix. Im happy with that. Highly recommend

Able to achedule an immediate service call. Arrived on time. Gave price options for repair but didn’t pressure to perform the repair as the dishwasher was old and I opted to replace it instead.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I lost $1,200 plus a $50 service fee due to this Pro’s negligence and improper work. I hired him to repair my fridge, purchased the compressor he said was required, and paid the full amount—yet the fridge still didn’t work. LG later confirmed he installed the wrong compressor. He has rarely returns calls, has not returned any of my money, the compressor is still sitting at my home. I have serious concerns that the part may not have even been new or else why would the Pro want to return the compressor and get a refund. The learning - even if there are good reviews, you may hire a Pro that takes your money & not complete the job. This can be considered as theft and very disappointed with the Pro's service and being on this website as being vetted. Please be aware.

Poor experience! Hired him to fix dryer. 1 hour after he left, the dryer was louder and in worse condition. Does not return messages/calls and was a no-show when he said he would come back to fix the problem! I lost $280 for a repair that was not even done properly!!! DO NOT HIRE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The technician was very prompt. He identified and resolved the issue right away. Repair was done within one hour. Would definitely recommend!!
