He was so professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. Kelly really went out of his way to answer all of our questions ahead of time and to explain the details of the job as thoroughly as possible. He was very transparent in his pricing, giving us a clear quote upfront. He answered all of our questions, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He is very honest and works by the book. We appreciated that he kept us updated as the job went along and checked in before cutting into the drywall to make sure we were ok with the placement. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful he was for asking if our dog was afraid of vacuums before using his shop vac to clean up. He took the time to ask questions and review the photos of the receptacle & breaker panel during my online chat. That showed he cared about my problem and that's why I hired him for the job. Plus, KWYN has been in business over 25 years and now I know why. I won't hesitate to hire Kelly again if I have any other electrical issues.Answer from pro:

He is above board and honest. He cares about his work and my happiness with his work. Would highly recommend. He installed a fan in a room with no electrical previously in that room for lighting, and the proper breaker to make it to code. Not an easy job, as my walls were all plaster. From the initial consultation, the communication was clear and the entire process was seamless. I am particularly diligent about safety and compliance, so I requested the ESA Notification Number for the project. Kelly provided it without hesitation, and I was able to successfully validate it through the ESA. It is a huge relief to work with a professional who not only delivers high-quality craftsmanship but also follows the legal permitting process to the letter.
