Amazing experience dealing with Luca Renovations from Start to finish . Dominic’s work is outstanding . He and his partner replaced our basement vinyl flooring ( 300sf) in one day. He explained and shared photos through out the project and he also picked up my flooring at no extra charge. The floor looks amazing and he did his best to improve some flaws from previous “ not so great “ work performed by previous contractors. We are already planning to hire Luca Renovations for our next foooring project .

We hired Luca Renovations for our office LVP flooring, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dominic and his team were professional, punctual, and arrived exactly as scheduled. They removed the existing carpet, properly prepped the space, and installed the vinyl flooring with outstanding attention to detail. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, the job was completed efficiently, and no corners were cut. We’re extremely happy with the results and will absolutely be using Luca Renovations for future projects. Highly recommended!

We had a very tight project on our 2500ft2 office over a 4 day period while being painted as well. Domenic at Luca was incredibly attentive to details and worked really well with the painters (who were also awesome - Revolution). I was worried about the timing impacting the quality, and Luca delivered on quality and made it painless and pleasant. 100% rating.
