Alex did a great job, very happy with the new walkway he put in in front of our house. Good communication, quality work and they cleaned up too, which you dont always get these days. Great to deal with, would definitely recommend.

Thank you. Highly recommend. Happy customer. I am very satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end of the project. Everyone I met was professionall, knowledgeable and very experienced. They put me at ease from the get go - from the initial contact, when they came for the quote, and during the demo/build. All my concerns and questions were addressed in a timely manner even during weekends. I felt totally at ease throughout the whole process thanks to staff I felt I was in good hands throughout. It’s the little things like being punctual, getting the same treatment for my small job as they gave larger jobs, and meeting deadlines that made it a great experience. The day of the demolition and build went smoothly. Team showed up on time. Worked diligently. Demolition material was removed, build was as discussed, and site was cleaned up at the end of the end. All comments about the new stairs have been very positive including my mother’s.

From the initial meeting with Alex and James, they were very helpful in providing ideas for our backyard project. Their team worked very hard to complete the job in a tight time frame which was a challenge as the weather did not comply! I ask a lot of questions and James was quick to respond to all my queries. The interlocking is beautiful and we finally have grass again in the backyard. Still have to plant the flowers and stain the deck but what a difference so far. Would recommend Luxury Landscaping for your next project!

We recently had our asphalt driveway and interlock walkway replaced. Alessandro and James are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Knowing that we are two seniors, the team make sure the walkway steps are low. It is now an easy walk for us. We didn't expect such a big team with so many equipment when they came to do the driveway. We just can't wait to be able to use the driveway again. We highly recommend Luxury Landscaping. We had Luxury Landscaping repave our driveway as well rebuild our fence and gate off the driveway. Alex and James patiently walked my wife and I through each step of what was going to take place, our choice of interlocking brick for the upper part of thd driveway and how long it would take to complete the project. When the project was completed, it was amazing. It completely changed the way our property looked. I would highly recommend Luxury Landscaping to look after any projects you may have in mind.

I was impressed with my first call to Luxury Landscaping when Alessandro answered my call directly (no voice mail or assistant.) Alessandro and James were at my residence within an hour of my call. His prompt response was exceptional given my experience with other landscapers who didnt return my call and/or did not follow-up with a home visit or came for a home visit but did not provide an estimate for the scope of work. Alessandro and James provided thoughtful and cost-effective solutions to replace an existing 30-years old driveway. James and Alessandro provided a detailed review of the materials/process required for each option, the pros and cons for each choice and the cost. During the project, Alessandro and James reviewed the work with us to ensure that any adjustments needed were addressed to our satisfaction. The work was completed within the given time frame and the work area once cleaned was impeccable. I am grateful for their expertise and experience in the selection of materials since there is a wide range of suppliers/materials. I receive many compliments from neighbours on how great the driveway looks, and let them know I will pass on the complement to the landscapers who deserve the credit for a job well done! I deferred landscaping to the Spring and welcome their recommendations for planting selections to enhance our home exterior. We look forward to undertaking additional work with Luxury Landscaping in the coming year.
