They are accommodating and they know what they are doing.

I love that they hire young women, who need a break to enter the business. Today we were really pleased by the work done by Riley and Bailey.

We were having some issues with our furnace and were taken care of very well by our technician Brady. She was very professional and knowledgeable about our furnace and how to address the problem, Very satisfied with her help.

We have everything good to say about this Company !! From the moment Jamey came out to give us a quote, ( Thankyou Pete) for all your help, it was such a great experience!! Jamey explained all our different options with no pressure at all. As soon as everything was approved, we had our new furnace in no time. And WOW, what great employees we had the chance to meet. Shawn and John went above and beyond!! Right from when they walked in the door until the moment they left , we knew we were in good hands. Thankyou for all your hard work and being so efficient. And, we cannot forget to mention all those heaters Pete brought out to us to keep us warm until our furnace arrived !! And, last but not least Thankyou to the office ladies for keeping us informed !!

Had the furnace serviced for winter today. What an awesome job! The service person was Ali H. She was very competent. She did a very thorough check up and went above and beyond. Highly recommend her and Postmas!

Postma came in this morning on time. The new air conditioner was up and running by noon! A great job by Shawn, John and helper!

Furnace quit working Easter Sunday. Repair man suggested it should be replaced. Said he would send salesperson out Tuesday morning at 8. At 8 the salesperson arrived. We made the decision for a new furnace. The salesperson who was very understanding said it would be installed Tuesday morning. Two technicians arrived Tuesday morning; the furnace was operational by noon. The technicians did an excellent job with the installation and the cleaning up.

Ali was the service person who conducted the maintenance on my furnace, and she was very knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. She answered all my questions did a very professional job and in a timely manner.

My repair lady was Ali --- she was very pleasant --- took the time to explain everything to me on what she was doing and why -

Big THANK YOU to Craig and Aaron........Craig went over and beyond to solve the problem. Craig and Aaron was both very professional. Aaron found the problem and fixed it automatically. I would recommend Postma to everyone. Service is awesome.........Postma all the way. Thank you again .........
