    Installed furnace

    Ian and Mike installed a furnace, did an excellent job. Everything was neat and tidied up after, very professional. Had also a new sump pump system installed a few weeks ago due to flooding after hydro went out ,very pleased with this job. Not sure of the technicians name but did also did an excellent job.

    Ac service call

    We had out ac go out on a 80+ day in october. We called in and i.mediately had david pare come out. He fixed our ac promptly and at a very reasonable price. Still working great. Thank you postmas for such great service

    Furnace remove and install,check Ac function

    Thanks to Dave,Adam ,Jay and Andrew who worked steady clean and efficiently.Couldn't ask for more polite, knowledgeable,service.Took the time to explain the maintenance.We are delighted to have them sell us a new high efficiency furnace. You guys are GREAT! thanks Mark & Elaine Geroux

    Im still waiting for a repair.

    I opened a call up late last night (Thursday),and they were out to look at it promptly enough the same night. I was told by the repairman that someone would return tomorrow to finish the job. However, the job is incomplete and I am still have a leak. I was told today, that the next earliest possible time/day they could return is Monday so far I am highly disappointed.

    Furnace replacement

    I was very pleased with all aspects of getting our new furnace. The salesman was informative and walked us thru the process. It took only a couple of days and we had a new furnace. When it was installed it was very quick. The installers answered all our questions. We will be recommending postma in the future.

    New a/c unit installed

    I was very happy with the product and the people from Postma Heating and Cooling. When my old a/c stopped working and I wanted to purchase a new unit, they were very quick to come to my house with lots of useful information, gave me a competitive price on a high end product, and I didn't have to wait too long for it to be installed. They were all professional yet friendly, and Chad was especially helpful with answering all of my questions, as well as following up after to make sure I was satisfied. The a/c worked great through an extremely hot summer, and it also lowered my utility cost.

    New furnace and air conditioning unit

    It started with Chad to gave us three options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly which made our decision very easy. He took care of all the paperwork with regards to any rebates that were in effect at the time. The technicians were at the house from 7:00 - 3:30 and were very neat and tidy, in fact you could hardly tell they were there. Once the work was completed, Chad followed up with a phone call asking if we were satisfied with the workmanship and encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns. We were extremely pleased from beginning to end and would highly recommend Postma Heating to anyone requiring a new heating unit.

    HVAC install

    Team arrived promptly when expected. They were polite and professional. Job was completed within the time frame. We love our new A/C and furnace.

    Furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank

    Chad is an ultimate professional in his presentation, customer service and follow up. The on site technicians are a great asset for Postma. We have a great appreciation for all of the staff at Postma Hesting and Cooking.
