The servicemen in a difficult situation in a basement needed to remove the old tank and replace with new as the bottom must have cracked in the existing tank. Water was on the floor. The building is over 100 years and stairwell is steep and narrow. The job was completed quickly and clean up and removal of old tank handled efficiently.

Installed new NG Water Heater and also installed NG supply line to outdoor BBQ. Excellent work. Polite and enthusiastic employees!

I interviewed a couple of companys. I new my furnace was ok but it was having problems also, the guy looked you just need a new thermostat and that free thru union gas, sweeeet deal( one company wanted to replace to circuit boards in the furnace). So I got them to do the the air condition that was broke. Perfect job and works flawlessly. I would get them back anytime.

Beware! Wrong water heater was installed and I had to jump through hoops to have it replaced. Even with written proof that it was their mistake. Staff pleasant, But owner is extremely belligerent and unprofessional never again!!!!!!!
