Hamid went above and beyond on this project. He quickly inspected the existing phone wiring, confirmed compatibility for Ethernet conversion, and professionally converted the wall jack into a fully working Ethernet port. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, punctual, and took the time to explain the process and testing clearly. The final installation was clean, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. Henry from Quantum came the day of my posting and went out of his way to ensure the job was completed quickly. He installed a new pendant fixture and re-arranged wiring for multiple switches. He was extremely detailed and listened intently to what I wanted. Also made sure the fixture was hanging at the proper height and even checked straightness with a level. Was fairly priced as well. Extremely happy finding Henry and will be using him again in the future.
