Very professional technician. The information supplied was detailed and informative. I appreciated the time he took to explain what I needed to be aware of.

Todd quickly identified the issue with my existing furnace, indicating a damaged heat exchanger because of lack of maintenance by previous owners. He checked with the manufacturer if the existing furnace was still under warranty which it was, covering the material only. Options were presented to repair or replace with the associated costs. He answered my many questions showing an excellent understanding of HVAC systems. I decided to go with a new system which was installed over the course of a day. Looks like a great job and we have heat again before the cold weather really hits. I will definitely have Red Seal HVAC services back for ongoing regular maintenance and future installation of an HRV and possible Heat pump. Highly recommended.

Todd was very good at responding to both emails and texts. Answered all my questions. I sent him the requested pictures and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He is a small business and therefore doesn't have all the overhead. Once we decided on Todd he picked up the hot water tank, gave us a arrival time. When he arrived he discussed the process and answered all our questions. Install went great. Todd is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Price was as quoted. We would definitely recommend Todd. Now we have a permanent contact for future work.

Todd was awesome, very friendly, very knowledgeable, fixed up my gas fire place and cleaned it! It looks and works amazing. He also did some maintenance on my furnace when he was here. Very pleasant experience and we will be using him again in the future for any of our HVAC needs. Thanks Todd!

Amazing service and Todd is very knowledgeable! Our water heater needed replacing on a weekend so I sent out requests on Homestars. Todd contacted me with the best price and completed the install just a few hours on the same day. As well, he completely checked out our furnace and made some recommendations.
