Cody was ~45 mins late for my job, due to running over time on his previous job. Cody did text me to let me know he was running late. Once Cody got to my home he was able to replace both drain assemblies quite efficiently. Cody was able to remove the drain pipes under my sink quickly and determine the root cause of my clogged drain was not the p-trap. Cody spent quite a bit of time attempting to snake my drain. After 1 1/2hrs with little progress being made with the snake and drain cleaner, Cody went to my basement and felt how full the 20+ feet of pipe was and decided it would be best to remove the plugged up pipe from my basement and run brand new pipe. Unfortunately, Cody did not have that amount of pipe in his van. After a short trip to Home Depot, Cody was able to quickly and effectively remove the clogged 20+ feet of pipe and replace with new pipe. I think Cody is an excellent plumber and really knows his stuff. I thought it was great to also meet Cody's dad, Brian.

Cody responded promptly and was on the job within the morning. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem expertly. He was quick, polite, and informative. His price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
