We were told the weeds would be sprayed and hand pulled before the sod was installed, but it wasn’t and 10% of our old lawn was used! The sod is a good 3” above the level of the sidewalk and dandelions are growing out of this area and everywhere the old grass stayed! Koki stated it is all good? How can this be? The grass is lumpy and bumpy and NOT graded away from the house! I don’t think he has a clue about landscaping. Too bad we paid him in full. *** He hasn’t responded to any of our requests.

In my 50 years of hiring contractors for renos on homes int and ext , this has been the most pleasurable experience. Clear and constant communication, extremely punctual, working endless hours to get job done AHEAD of schedule, lots of attention to detail, high level of knowledge on the project, gave me great ideas on how to make the project even more attractive as his mind had a very artistic side. Very reasonable on pricing. His staff was incredible. What an absolute pleasure, stress free and a joy which is rare when you are on projects.
