Exceptional Service At Time of Service But AC No Longer Has Power

We contacted Cora to inquire about duct and vent cleaning for our home. Usama and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and took us around the home to show us a few things as they worked. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient.

Thanks for the feedback! Fortunately technician was able to come out and resolve the issue which is with the nest thermostat.

We contacted Cora to inquire about duct and vent cleaning for our home. Usama and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and took us around the home to show us a few things as they worked. They were professional, knowledgable and extremely efficient with recommending some items for us to monitor after they leave. Absolutely recommend this team of professionals. Fantastic service and attention to detail.
*** I had to edit this because no sooner did the team leave did our AC no longer have power to it. We have texted and called Usama and are still awaiting his reply to have this fixed. Review will be adjusted once this has been resolved***
