We experienced some problems with our front door. There were difficulties in closing it. The company was contacted about that. The service people came and did necessary improvements. No problems now.

Front door was installed poorly

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Edmonton

On Jan. 2015, we had a front door installed by CanGlow. It took them over eight hours to do the job. On completion, we noticed that the door does not open and close easily. The door is too tight with the frame and gets stuck, especially in cold weather. In addition, the door trim that they replaced looks used and scratched. They, also, left a mess when they were done.
My husband expressed concerns to the company, but nothing was done about it. We feel very frustrated and ripped off. We wish we would have chosen another company to do the job properly.
