Basement Bathroom

We required a complete gut job of our basement bathroom due to a leak that had permeated behind bathroom wall. David came and assessed the work that needed to be done. Sent me a very detailed quote 2 days later that was very reasonable and said the job would take about 20 days. David does all the work himself. He is very professional, methodical and attentive to detail. He will explain to you in detail about what he is doing and why. We did initially want to use 3 x 6" subway tile. He did recommend that we use LFT tile 12 x 24". because of the unlevel walls. We decided to go with 4 x 12" tile instead. We did discover that some of the tiles were uneven after they were installed. David did use a leveling system and removed and reinstalled about 12 tiles to try to fix the problem. But there was still some uneven tiles because of the wall. We decided to leave the tiles the way they are. Despite this bathroom looks great, David did all the plumbing, electrical and drywalling.
For our other bathroom we will take his advice and use the LFT instead. Would highly recommend David.
