Signed an agreement with Anthony for the project in August 2017, mid September had a visit from Anthony that job couldn't be done. Tried to sell us a whole newly constructed gazebo for $22K. No asked for our money back. Kept requesting through email & phone calls, Anthony kept coming up with excuses. Then received an email from owner Hanan with an attached letter, this email was sent out to a lot of customers. Letter said that the material has been bought for their new roofs, but weather didn't allow all the jobs to get done and in the letter had a 57 new dates starting in May 2018 for roof replacements. Our situation was not identified in the letter as the company could not deliver on what they promised, we wanted our money back. So being understanding my husband and I suggested Hanan pay us back in 3 payments instead of 1 spread over 6 weeks. She agreed, but missed the January 22, 2018 first payment. Hanan said in her letter that Anthony was out of the picture and that this was a family company owned by her and her brothers and in her letter she guarantees that everyone who has paid will receive their roof, in the meantime, this company is so cash poor they can't even meet our agreed to 1st payment of $2K.
