Large cleaning job, needed more time

Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in Toronto

I requested the equivalent of a move-in, move-out job of small basement apartment. Job needed a lot of time and unfortunately it was underestimated. Nevertheless Randy did a good job.

Large cleaning job: incomplete

Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in Toronto

Requested equivalent of move-in/-out job of small basement apartment. Only partially done. Randy should have contacted me while on holiday ( I told him I was available) to discuss more. He had underestimated job despite my repeated insistence that it would need more and should cost more. I am quite disappointed. I still now have to find someone and they will be doing what Randy did do all over again plus rest of the job.
