Flagstone and Natural Stone Steps

We hired Sal/Orion Construction in 2018 for installing flagstone on the porch and the steps. He was very professional and gave us a 3 year warranty. Last June some of the pieces of flagstone came loose and we contacted Sal to explain the deficiencies. Although it took a little long, Sal came to assess the issues and rectified them to my satisfaction.
I would use his services again in the future.

Hello Preet we are sorry that you are disappointed with the miscomunucation on our behalf. This is a minor issue that will be fixed within this week. Our office will be calling on Monday to arrange a time at your earliest convienece. As we recall Orion landscape did came back to replace a stained flagstone caused by one of the home owners at no extra cost.

Disappointed

Extremely disappointed with Orion Landscape.
We hired Sal/Orion Construction in 2018 for installing flagstone on the porch and the steps. At the time, we thought he did a good job and also gave us a 3 year warranty. I even wrote him a positive review on homestars back then but within a year, all the pieces started to come loose and were literally falling down. We contacted Sal last June
explaining the deficiencies and he agreed to fix the issues but never did. This went on for months. We waited and contacted him more than 7 times over a period of 6 months. He gave us one excuse after another.
Since he has failed to honor the warranty, I will now have to hire another contractor to do the repairs and will be seeking the cost from his company.
I highly recommend you do not hire him and take your business elsewhere!
