Complete gutter and soffit replacement

We had posted a previous review that we are updating. Screws had been coming out of the aluminum and things were coming loose. Stas and his team came out to the house this morning and made things right. They replaced all the missing screws and put in more to secure the aluminum all around the house. He apologized for not seeing our emails and recommended it is better to send texts or call. He made good on his warranty and we definitely recommend his company and team.
Thank you Stas.

Complete gutter and soffit replacement

We had all of our gutters, down spouts and soffits changed about 4 years ago. After the first rain fall I noticed water pouring over the gutter at the side of the house and no water coming out of the downspout. The installer tied the rear gutter into the front gutter but did not cut a hole in the downspout. This was an easy fix which I did my self. I then started noticing screws on the floor around the house I just assumed it was screws that were dropped during the install. The beginning of the summer I was standing in the driveway and heard tapping. I looked up and there was a piece of the soffit hanging and flopping in the wind. This I was not able to fix my self. I went on the garage roof and secured the piece to prevent any other damage. I called Maxima and talked to Stas I sent him some pictures and I was told they were really busy and had no idea when he could come out to fix it but he would let me know. I waited a couple of days and sent him a texted expressing my concern that I was worried that the piece may come down and hit one of the kids next door. I waited a couple of days with no answer so we called another company sent them the pictures and they came out the next day. They went up and told me that there was only 2 screws holding the piece that came loose This repair cost me $200. A couple of weeks ago I went to fill my dogs water bowl and found another screw in his bowl. I looked up and can see more pieces that are coming lose. My wife sent Stas an email with absolutely no response. I will now have to call the other contractor back to fix the problem before they come lose in a storm and possible land on someone.
