Paving and interlocking stone- 15 Jun 2026
This company deserves a zero!!! Very unprofessional trades people , stating that they can complete the job as instructed. There is no address or other adds for this business on the internet. Only through homestars.com. supposedly they were vetted by this company. The trades people have no knowledge on how to prep for a side walk and a cement patio. Every step was incorrect. Had to explain what needed to be completed. Sent examples on what needs to be done to complete each step. Inappropriate dept. Wrong framing size. No true gravel decorative rock scattered around. No 3 to 4 inch crushed gravel. Cement was going to be poured onto the rock. The decision was made with my son to fire this team. Each step was incorrect. We could not break for them to continue. As the trust was no longer there. Would like a refund in good faith. As what they had completed did not cost what I had already paid. This company are scammers Got the address, reported it to BBB

The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. We now have to hire another contractor to finish the renovation which is going to cost us more money and time.

I hired Prestige Metal Roofing to supply and install a new eavestrough system at my new metal roof. The installation was terrible, with multitude material defects and disastrous workmanship. The company never return to complete the deficiencies. Unfortunately i had to hire a valid company to replace everything that Prestige installed and start from zero with a new eavestrough. I also want to mention that Prestige Metal Roofing was the installer for my metal roofing contractor. They performed an unsatisfactory work on the roof too and cost me a significant amount of money to correct their workmanship. My advise is to not contact/ hire Prestige Metal Roofing. This company is not qualified for what is pretending to be.

I have read the reviews panning the work of Ryan and his company. My experience was all first class. Ryan twice came out on the same day when I called to do a repair and I was charged nothing. When it came time to replace my roof, after the heavy rains of July caused a leak, Ryan and his crew were there ahead of when they promised and replaced my roof in a day. The work was efficient but thorough, the clean-up was impeccable and the price was very competitive. Who can ask for more than that?

Install Vinyl, Linoleum or PVC floor- 1 Dec 2025
They needed a lot of babysitting. It started great. They showed up right away and got started, they were eager to do a good job. But then they would tell me they were coming back at a certain time and they wouldn’t show. I would text them at the end of the day and they would tell me they were on their way. They worked from 12-2 in the morning to finish the job I had explicitly told them I needed done two days before (and they said they could do it). And then the job wasn’t great because they were rushed and didn’t have the right products. They also left their pee bottle, and a beer can behind and unhooked my smoke detector (I’m assuming because they were smoking inside). The job got done and I’m mostly happy with their work laying the flooring but I’m less satisfied with the stairs because they were rushing at the end. I’m not sure it would have got done at all if I wasn’t constantly checking in.

Install or replace roof- 11 Nov 2025
DO NOT USE. Would go MIA for days on end. Always some sort of excuse. A leak happened during the repair due to the tarp not being put down properly. He never contacted the bin company to pick-up the bin after and I had to pay for it. Good thing we had held some funds back. He outright lied about it. Update: In response to your message… If maybe you would respond to any of my text messages I have sent and paid the invoice for the bin which you never paid and I sent you, then maybe we can change the rating. As it is right now these are facts, not opinion. This is how reviews work. Dissatisfaction in life 😆. My life is great thank you and we have done numerous renovations in our life. How very professional of you.

He charged me $150 to repair a leak in the end of my gutter. Told me if any problems to let him know. My gutter is still leaking. I have texted him and called him and emailed him to let him know that I would like to have him come back and repair properly. He has totally ignored me.

Install or replace roof- 15 Oct 2026
DANYLO showed up to do the roofing when it was almost dark outside. I had to bring lamps outside so he could see what he was doing. The shingles look fine but when I went into the shed the next morning, all the rows of nails had gone through the inside of the shed as the ones he used were too long. I contacted DANYLO a number of times to please come back, but he is now ghosting me. Terrible service!
