I am an electrician of 11 years, and an Interprovincial Redseal electrician for 7 of those years. In my 11 years of doing electrical i have worked a vast array of different projects, but my specialty is in renovations and high end homes. When it comes to renovations a house or building a new one, I take great pride in saying there is no job I cannot handle. My work is clean, efficient, and cost effective. In addition to my electrical experience, I also have a fair bit of experience in handyman projects such as carpentry, plumbing, siding, soffit and fascia, eavestroughs, concrete and rebar, tiling, demolition and roofing. If something turns out to be more involved than expected, we flag it early and talk through options before moving forward. Interior & Exterior Improvement Projects We also complete higher-value improvement projects in-house where scope, quality, and pricing can be controlled end-to-end. Common projects include accent walls, interior painting, drywall hanging, LVP flooring, property turnovers, fencing, decks and exterior railings, sheds, holiday lighting, and concrete crack repair. These projects are typically quoted so pricing stays clear and predictable. Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC Some work falls within handyman scope, and some requires licensed professionals. When licensed plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work is needed, we coordinate it through our network so it’s handled properly and to code. You still deal with one point of contact, but without paying a general contractor premium, coordination fee, or added admin layer. If a licensed trade is required, it’s discussed clearly up front so there are no surprises. Fix-It-or-Forget-It™ Assessment While we’re already on site, many clients choose to have us do a quick walkthrough of the property. This is a practical, surface-level assessment—not a formal home inspection—designed to help you understand what’s worth fixing now, what can wait, what’s cosmetic, and what isn’t worth spending money on. The goal is to help you stay ahead of issues instead of reacting later when problems become more expensive. What matters most is what you need handled.
