I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations.
