Our experience working with Horizon Windows and Doors was terrific from initial consultations through to post-installation cleanup. Alex was incredibly patient and informative during the process in which we thoroughly explored our options in detail and decided the style of each of the nine windows to be installed. He also provided a detailed quote that was a bit more reasonable than the three others we considered. The team of installers was efficient and cleaned up after the work was completed. Vitaly came by to check on our satisfaction and went over the stickers on each window to show us how to check the features that make the windows perform so well in terms of energy efficiency. Alex also followed up on one of my concerns and made sure the entire installation was to our satisfaction. Overall, we have beautiful windows that, when closed, create a quiet and a sense of being in an air-tight space that I'm sure we'll especially appreciate this winter and for many years to come.

We needed to remove a sliding door to allow for a couch to be delivered. Vito was quick to respond to our request for service. He dropped by to assess the job and give us an estimate and then showed up on time the morning of the couch delivery to do the removal and reinstall of the door. Vito was efficient, tidy and friendly, and made quick work of the job. He even was nice enough to return to make a few adjustments the following day. Would highly recommend Vito and we'll use him again next time we have window and door needs.

I was looking for someone to replace the storm door to our deck which had got messed up over the years. Luca came by to quote but recommended replacing the whole door with a door with a built-in screen. This didnt feel like upselling, more like good advice. He kept in touch while the door was on order. Came when he said he would. The price seemed reasonable. The work seems very thorough and the new door, frame, and step are definitely an upgrade. I'm intending to use him again for new windows.

We purchased a new Composite front entry door with composite frame, sidelights and a triple latch system. We also purchased a new rear sliding door. We shopped around and their price was indeed the lowest by several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the door had to be replaced 3 times due to very evident defects in the factory finish. In the end, the door frame wasn't installed square to the house so the door doesn't hang square in the frame. it looks good if you don't look at the obvious uneven spacing between the door and frame. They couldn't fix it, so as compensation, the boss offered me a discount on any new work I need. I do need windows, but why would I buy more product from them after that. I gave them three stars because they tried to remedy the screw-ups and the door does look good if you don't pay close attention to details.
