Very professional and thorough. Andy took the time to inspect all aspects of the home, inside and out. He pointed out a number of items that I'm sure would've been easy for other Inspectors to ignore. Not all items identified were deal breakers on the purchase of the home, for example a misplaced water shutoff valve that although will work, will cause excessive delay waiting for the waterline to purge after shutoff. And then there were other good to know concerns in the event that we undertake renovations in the future.

Andy is personable and friendly. He is focused on making sure you are buying a safe home and have the information you need to purchase you home at a fair price.

Andy did my home inspection on my last home and I was happy to call him again for my latest house inspection. Andy is thorough and isnt afraid to get into small spaces or roof tops. He spends the time needed to get to know the space and keeps in contact once its all completed to make sure the homes deficiencies are looked after by trusted professionals.
