Needed to replace the furnace. When I called the staff was very knowledgeable and the next day the furnace was replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Cleaned up and removed the old furnace. Have used Convertible air before and recommend.

My furnace stopped working after 16yrs and I called Convertible Heating. The manager was very knowledgeable and was able to schedule a technician(Steven) to come the same day to look at it. The result of the diagnosis was a failed heat exchanger. This called for replacement of my furnace.
They were able to provide a very reasonable quote for a replacement furnace by the next day.
Also the installation crew(Drew and Devin) were on time the next day, completed the installation, removed and took the old furnace and cleaned up after. They made the process very smooth and answered any questions you had during the process. So much care was taken not to mess up flooring as it had snowed the day before.
