Ray and his company are very friendly guys. They took the time to explain my problem, as well as their solution. They also informed me of steps I could take independently to avoid having another infestation of rats in my garage long after they were gone.

I called Brilliex to deal with squirrels in my attic and walls. The technician Romain was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and what I could expect. He worked very hard to set up the one way doors on my roof and also installed steel mesh in some exposed areas. The squirrels were very clever and had multiple entry points. Romain figured out how they were getting in, and after installing one further one-way door, the issue was resolved and now I can sleep peacefully without the sound of scratching and running behind my walls and on my roof. Brilliex was also kind enough to remove the one way doors at no extra cost. Thank you Romain and Brilliex for a job well done!!

A family of raccoon found themselves a home on the roof. Its fast and good service. Technician is well experienced and performed satisfactory job.

I had heard noises in the attic and then started smelling something a couple of weeks later. It was the long weekend and I called one company and they disregarded my concern that it was a raccoon in my attic. I called Brilliex at 7 am on Tuesday after the long weekend and Ray answered immediately and was out to my house the same morning! He brought all the right equipment, climbed into my attic and removed the raccoon along with all the mess around it, deodorized the attic space, and put up protective mesh on my roof around possible entry points. Ray explained everything to me and did the job quickly and cleanly. When I had an issue with another raccoon a few days later, Ray responded to me right away and came back to inspect the site because I thought the raccoons had come back.

Ray is amazing to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend Brilliex and would hire them again (although I hope I dont have to!)

Raccoon had gotten under our deck. It seemed to not be there anymore when they arrived but they did a beautiful job sealing the deck at the spot where the raccoon dug underneath.

He also did an inspection around our deck to show us vulnerable spots and explained how we could do it ourselves to save some money.

Victoria Day weekend, Sunday night. We realize a raccoon and her babies had found their way down our chimney (sort of like Santa, but with shrieks instead of presents). Ray answered the phone late on Sunday evening, then came by first thing the next morning. His exceptional knowledge and professionalism was evident immediately, and was matched by his excellent customer service. He implemented a plan that had momma starting to move the babies within the hour.
