Steve responded right away to my request. He was clear upfront that part needed t9 be ordered and install would be the following day. The tech shows showed up this morning as promised and now we have a new functioning humidifier. Thank you Steve!

Our furnace stopped working late Sunday, Jan 4th. With some of the coldest days of the season approaching I reached out to air in motion via the website chat feature. Steve responded in real time and we had a technician over at 930am the next day to diagnose the problem.

Al was thorough in his inspection and it was determined that our 19 year old furnace was beyond repair. Steve provided a quote for a Goodman replacement at a good price and we scheduled the install for first thing Tuesday. In the meantime Steve personally dropped off 3 space heaters which we put to good use.

The technicians Mat and Al were punctual, efficient and talked me through the process. The disposal and install went smoothly and by noon we had heat! The guys left the work area cleaner than how they found it and their work and attention to detail surpassed my expectations.

Steve and the team were personable, informative, and appreciated the urgency given the -15° weather. A huge thanks to them for that.

This is the first time I have worked with Air In Motion and the company & the owner were highly recommended by my next door neighbour who recently installed the same furnace model that we had installed, and the company, owner & installation definitely met & even exceeded my expectations.
Before the installation, service was extremely efficient, very responsive & accommodating to our needs re: questions about the choice of furnace, the installation and the total cost (which was very reasonable & highly competitive).
The installers were very experienced, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and were very tidy and clean in doing the installation and with the clean-up ..... the owner was on-site at the start of the installation and after the work was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied and to address any questions, and also available by phone if any questions during the installation.
Whole installation, including removal of old furnace took only about 3 hours.

Our hot water was not working . Worked with the support team to see if there was anything I could do from my end . When that did not work , we had a technician come over and they identified the problem and the Fix . Thankful to know they are there when you need them.
