After searching and interviewing many candidates to do total renovation on my property 100 yrs+ at west end downtown Toronto. I call DC Contracting and Jack answer the phone. On set date, Jack come to visit the site and give me a quote to do total gutted to the house ( New subfloor, new ceiling, new wall, new ensuite bathroom, powder room, pot lights, millwright, plumbing, tiling etc etc). This Old house was under going major upgrade. The Demolition start mid Jan 2019, the whole project take 3.5 month to complete and it is done just 1 week late which is understandable for this big project. Thru out the project, Jack him self attending the site and supervising his team. They come every single day except Sunday. I can call Jack and he always answer my call or my text. Over all I am very happy with his attitude, personality and the quality of his worker and end result.
