Can't say enough about the knowledge, craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail I received from Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd. - from the initial consultation to the final installation there were no hiccups or surprises. After the upgrade to my electrical service and the wiring of my hot tub and covana, my backyard oasis was complete. Kia took all safety precautions into consideration and beautified my project by obscuring all wires from sight and protecting them from the environment and nature's critters. Kia started and finished on time, every time and kept me informed at every stage of the project. I would gladly use his services again.

We had to get the knob and tube replaced in our 70 year old house which we initially thought was just 40% from an inspectors report. However, after Kiya’s first visit to our house he walked thru the house and took time with each outlet and showed us that the house was actually 90% knob and tube. We also called couple of other electricians found on homestars for quotes. However they didn’t spend as much time with us. Simply glanced at the house and give us a quote which was based on our inspectors estimate of the knob and tube in the house. We were glad that we went with Kiya because he was accurate with his estimate and delivered on budget and time. Since we were expecting a new baby on the way and needed to settle into the house. Completing on time was critical for us. His pricing was also very reasonable which we also like a lot ?. There was couple of things that couldn’t be finished until the general contractors completed their work. Kiya came back on the day he told us and completed the work. He also got us the ESA certificate required for our insurance company. We highly recommend Kiya and in the future if we ever need to do electrical work for our house Kiya would be our only contact.

Kia did an amazing job installing an EV charger at our house. He visited the house to quote the job (the only electrician who did that) and was quick to respond with answers to our questions. After finding a 50 amp breaker for our older electrical panel, he scheduled the work for later that week. On the day of the installation, he helped us find an optimal location for the charger and did the work quickly and efficiently. I would use Kia again and would recommend him for any electrical work.

Kia is the best! Immediately responds to all texts/ emails via a phone call back, charges reasonable rates, and very honest. Definitely knows what he is doing. I was a little worried at first because he made the drywaller cover up all the ceiling wires and then he came and cut the potlight holes himself after the drywaller was finished (Kia had warned me that drywallers can't cut out good potlight holes and he was right). And I had never seen that done before. It turned out perfect! He also put in a 200 Amp electrical panel for us along with a car charger. We have been using our Tesla car charger for a few months now and everything works perfectly. Thank you!!

I add my praise to all the other excellent reviews. Kia and his team were knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. Kia listened carefully to our needs and incorporated them into the scope of the work. They rewired our 100 year old house, added numerous LED pot lights, changed and added receptacles, lights, smoke detectors etc. and made sure to minimize the size and number of tiny holes they had to make and carefully repaired them. They always cleaned up well each day and completed all work in three and a half days! Kia is the best electrician I have ever used and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had some minor issue with our old line and we wanted to do rewiring to safeguard from the trouble again. The team did a neat job and the pricing was fair enough. Thank you!

I hired Kia on the referral of a neighbour to install an EV charger in our home, as well as install an additional 120V outlet and replace the GFI on a separate outdoor outlet. He came the day after I called him to provide me a quote, and then was able to come back within a couple of days to do the job. The price was great and he did a great job on what turned out to be a more complicated install than initially expected. Would highly recommend!

Needed to get rid of a fuse box and get circuit breakers installed. Mr Kiya and team knew exactly what they were doing and got the work done in a timely manner.
