This was the third time we had Charlie come in to do some work for us. He built wall shelves into our living room for us. This time he was accompanied by his uncle Sam who is also an amazingly talented contractor. Once again a fantastic job well done. The pictures speak for themselves. Charlie also put in a piece of drywall to seal an open window in the wall and make it into a book nook. Thanks again Charlie!!

Douglas did a good job of coordinating the renovation work on multiple floors of my house which required different trades. Any concerns were addressed directly by him to make sure I was satisfied which was appreciated. Overall I was very happy with the job that Douglas and the team did on my project.

I am absolutely pleased with the work Than did on repairing various exterior wood work only century home. Over the three days, he tackled multiple separate jobs around the house, always listening to what I was looking for as the home owner and trying to keep my costs down. Than is hard working, even on some very hot and long days. His work is high quality and I am pleased with the effort he put into custom matching the new wood with the cebtury old style. I would definitely recommend Than and the home improvement group to others for future jobs.

Douglas listened to our issue and developed a plan to troubleshoot it and resolve it. The work was done well and as scheduled. The team was careful and worked cleanly (particularly considering it was plaster!). And the replacement crown moulding is a perfect match with the previous. Plaster repairs and painting were done efficiently without rushing. We are very pleased and impressed.

The moment we met Douglas from The Home Improvement Group after meeting several other contractors, we knew this was not only the company we wanted to work with but this was the guy that understood what we wanted. Throughout the process Douglas was extremely helpful, courteous and professional and was very accommodating. The transformation of the rooms are, night and day. I would highly recommend The Home Improvement Group to anyone looking for a job done the right way.

Than did an excellent job at removing the fireplace and replacing the drywall and painting, etc. He came to the house for 3.5 days straight to get the project done, by himself, with minimal disruption to our daily lives. However, we were scheduled to have another person do the job first and he never showed up the first 2 days. By contacting Michael, the President, he was able to ensure we got Than so that the work would be completed on the days I had booked off from work.

Than did power washing for us....he is very thorough. An excellent worker! Great job Than many thanks!

I wanted to write a review at the end of the whole project but I would to share my experience about them in the middle of it because of their quality of the work and the profeesionality. My house was previously messed up by a different contractor and I'm glad I hired THIG to clean up all the mess I had. I'm receiving a very good service with professional insights and I would rate the workmanship 5 star. Special thanks to Asif, Evan and Zvi.

5 x 10 ft load bearing porch pillars required replacement. The 25 year old wooden pillars had to be replaced, without compromise to a second porch, and roof structure on top of it. The existing metal railings, as well as ornate top trim had also to be removed and re-installed. The new pillars were also painted. The job also included soffit and facia removal and replacement.

Fixed my leak and did all the tile on the outside patio. On time and budget. I highly recommended them
