Being a Masonry Contractor myself it always gives me pleasure to be able to heap praise on other true journeymen. Mehmet and his brother Taz more than fill the requirements to make them part of this fraternity. We all know just how difficult it can be to find qualified and reliable tradesmen They fill the bill here as well. Their work is superior, their prices are competitive. They are on time, true to their word, clean and polite. We are very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a top of the line plumber. We are impressed. We were indeed fortunate the day we got referred to Mehmet Eraslan of GVA Plumbing and Heating Ltd.. He is not only very good at his work, he is also professional, reliable, dependable, conscientious, efficient and extremely courteous. His customer service skills are bar none. He was contracted to do all the plumbing in the 3 washrooms we were renovating, which meant several trips to our residence over a period of 2.5 months. He was always very accommodating, worked within our schedules and our other trades’ schedules, never ever stood us up and called whenever he was running late. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

The cistern of my toilet was constantly leaking water into the toilet bowl between flushes. Mr. Mehmet fixed the issue for me in less than 15 minutes. Mr. Mehmet said I just needed a new flow valve. Mr. Mehmet is an excellent Plumber and Tradesman, he is polite, professional, and prompt.

Mehmet and his crew came to help out with replacing our old hot water tank with a tankless water heater. They were great to deal with and did a fantastic job in a timely manner at a good price. I would 100% recommend them to others and will use them for any future projects.
