Executed the job in a full day. Showed up with an experienced team of guys and were in and out with no evidence that they were even there except for my great looking new windows and front door. Steve and Steve were very profession during the whole process from start (selling the job) to finish (installation of the job). They were both easy to contact over the phone regarding any questions I threw at them about the job at hand. I would recommend them and or do business with them again.

Steve installed an entry door for our new home few years ago. Last week I called Steve about an issue with the three point locking mechanism because it has some kind of malfuntion. Steve came by immediately and accessed the problem. He told me what the problem is and promtly called the manufacturer to 6.com for a new lock. When the lock arrived to him two days later Steve came by again to install. He even lubricate the door hinges for me. Now that is what I call great service. I would recommend Steve and Fortress Windows and Doors simply because they really look after their customers.

Great price and exceptional service complete professionalism from start to finish had all windows replaced (26) and New porch enclosure with double doors to make our house into a beautiful home again thanks again Steve for great price and amazing service

I had 6 windows, patio door & aluminum capping done in Aug. The work was done on time. Very pleased with the quality of the products and installation. I want to thank Steve who never pressured me & helped with replacement of 2 old screens and crank. I especially want to thank Max for an excellent job in the capping and installation. He is a master craftsman & hard worker. Highly recommend!

The manufacturer that Fortress uses does not do quality control before sending the items out. On the day of installation for my storm door and window I was informed that when the Fortress installers went to pick the two items up they discovered that the window frame was scratched. It would be repainted and be ready the next week. As the door installation progressed they discovered that they did not have all the hardware needed. They went to get it and returned that day to complete that part of the work. I noticed after they had left that the handle was scratched. I notified Fortress and when they came to install the window they put in a new handle. I paid them and later discovered that I could not open the storm door window. The owner of the company came the same day that I called and tried to fix it but it still was very difficult to open. He said that they would have to get a technician to look at it from the manufacturer. A week later I had not heard from anyone. I contacted the person who had come to check the problem who now told me that someone else was in charge of contacting the manufacturer. I waited two more days and contacted Fortress again. As soon as he heard my name he hung up. I left a message and have not heard back. The door and window look good they fixed my original problem and left me with another since they appear to have no intention of fixing it.

If you are looking for someone to do windows and doors; look no further. I have dealt with Fortress for years and have always been a satisfied customer. They recently replaced some windows in my home and once again were excellent. They are real professionals who provide prompt, efficient communication and are skilled, polite and leave the job site clean. The quality of their product is very good and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you to Steve, Richard and Andy. You guys are great!

Steve and Rich and Andy did an excellent job putting in the new door. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. They went the extra distance to ensure the job was completed correctly and that we were happy. We would absolutely recommend Fortress Window and Door to all our family and friends and neighbors
