Our water heater and furnace were due for replacement. Finding a reliable company to replace it was quite a challenge for us since we don't know anyone in the industry and none were referred to us. I check a couple of professional installers online and fortunately ended up with Air Leaders. Somehow this company stand out from among the competition. It provided enough information of who they are, their products & services, excellent feedback & testimonies, notwithstanding, they were just in the neighborhood. I requested for an appointment and it was Dan who came at the appointed time. He gave us an honest assessment and proper recommendation of what needs to be replaced and installed. He provided us excellent information regarding different options which greatly helped us in our decisions. Also, assisted us whom to contact to avail of energy rebates. As discussed and agreed, he provided us the installation confirmation of the units to be installed, works to be done, installation schedule, total costs and payment option. Installations took 2 days. First day, removal of old hot water tank and installation of new tankless water heater exactly as described in their website.  Next day, was removal of old furnace and installation of new furnace, media air filter, humidifier and new smart thermostat. Installations were done by certified experts….water heater experts & furnace experts respectively. We are very happy with their installation and workmanship. They did an excellent job. This company takes pride of the job and service they do and ensure you are 100% satisfied.  This company stand by its name - a leader in providing excellent service. Workers were professional and clean-up after job. Also explained work. Sales agent was key in comparison to other companies which didn't really sell the products.

Dan and his team did a good job. They came on time and finish job on time. The quality of installation work was excellent. Crew was very friendly and polite. They clean everything before they left. I highly recommend them.

Air Leaders have done a great job for the air conditioner installation for shop and second floor. Dan quickly returned our initial enquiry for a quote and all went very smoothly with Hojat and Sam installing it in our design gift shop. We are very glad that we called them !!!

Diagnosed problem with old AC unit, then setup and installed new unit and made sure it was working properly.

Air Leaders installed a brand new air conditioner at my home. Dan, who sold me the unit, met with me at my home. He looked over the area, checked out my old air conditioner. Took a lot of measurements. Then he sat down with me at my kitchen table and explain to me in details what the procedure was. Educated me and in various ways explain to me the different types of units that were available and why one was better than the other. After making my decision, I called up Dan and told him that I chose one of the units. Within 24 hours he had two men at my door prepared to install the unit. Amir and Nick were very hard workers and very professional. They were polite and explain to me what needed to get done. They went right to work didn't waste any time. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves. I won't even notice that they were even in the area, the place was cleaned up. Thank you to everyone at Air Leaders. Another happy customer. Cynthia
