Had a couple of bumps in the carpet in two rooms and am very satisfied with the work that was done to re-stretch! Pricing was much cheaper than replacing the rug, and Ryan completed the work in both rooms in less than two hours. I also appreciate that he was able to do the work without moving one foot of the super heavy beds out of the room. Very satisfied with the final results and looking forward to not tripping over the bumps anymore!

They did a great job stretching ridge down the centre of each stair. These were not originally installed right, no tack strips on the sides. So each step needed these in addition to being restretched. Also had buckle forming at an entrance to a bedroom from bonus room. They fixed it and matched the pattern too, looks seamless. A lesser buckle into the master bedroom was also fixed. Master bedroom also had a ridge across the room, so he moved all the furniture with sliders and stretched that out too. In all about 3.5hrs of work and for what was done, very reasonably priced. You can see the before and after of the stairs below (same great level of change on the other repairs too). We are very happy with the results.

Tim was super-responsive and answered my email inquiry on a weekend, giving me full details about costs (no surprises). My 8 year old carpet had started to get ripples in it so needed to be restretched. Calgary Carpet Restretch was great to work with right from their prompt reply to my first email inquiry, to scheduling the appointment, to arriving on time to do the work. They did a great job and were good at explaining things when they arrived and as the work progressed. Great company - I would definitely recommend them!!

We had some loose bumpy carpet in two of our doorways. They were able to stretch it and looks good as new. Could not be happier! They were prompt and professional, will happily recommend them.

Ryan arrived on time and after viewing our three rooms and hallway explained his procedure and what it would cost. After our approval he set to work and worked very hard, with explanations of what he was doing when asked. It was a fairly complex job but turned out very well. Great Job.

Over time, our bedroom Jute-backed carpet had loosened and "bubbled up" into ripples. Ryan from Calgary Carpet Restretch was available to come over and tighten our carpet. We received a great job and next-day service. We are very impressed and grateful to see a real craftsman do a competent and professional job for us!

Calgary Carpet Restretch restored my basement carpet from the 3-4" ruffles that existed, to a perfectly flat and uniform fitment. They were prompt, friendly, professional and highly recommended.
