I purchased a new front door from Sam an the team at Net cost Windows and Doors and it is perfect. They were by far the best price and quality of the three quotes I got for replacing my front door. The door was exactly what I wanted. It was also ready earlier than quoted so I had it installed a week sooner than expected! yay! the installers were on time and left the work area perfectly clean. I highly recommend this company and Sam who really knows his stuff.

Ive waited a week since installation to be able to comment fully on installation, function and service. From the initial quote I was impressed that Sam came in and said he wouldnt waste my time and just give me the most reasonable quote he could offer. I appreciated that because I had already dealt with 4 other companies who over priced the quote and until I complained the prices was expensive, then dropped it little by little. Sam took very little of our time , but explained the window quality well with pros and cons then let us decide what suited our needs. He was honest about installation timing and delivered his promise. And let me say he was still open to a little wiggle room on the price. The installers were great and Dmitry and his assistant did a first class job. I love the aluminum capping around the outside of a wood clad window. Sam sent an excellent team who cleaned up after their job and there was nothing left for me to clean. Sam took the time to show us the function for opening and cleaning after the installation was complete. I would not hesitate to recommend Net Cost for your window and door needs. All in all I was impressed with that old fashioned meet and greet the customer without false promise or deception. Just good customer service that is hard to find theses days. I will most definitely have them back when patio door needs replacing.

Found NetCost at HomeStars. Sam was a pleasant to deal with, professional and delivered as promised. Their quote is the most competitive in dealing with 3 other companies. The whole process took less than 3 weeks to complete. Dmitry and his team arrived at 10am and finished 9 windows, front and patio door by 7pm. The craftsmanship is superb!
