I was looking to get new windows for our acreage house and barn. I received a quote from home Depot and decided to use window mart. At this time I am extremely happy with the service and product.

Max and David did a fantastic job on the removal of the old door and the install of the new one. They were both very nice to deal with and were very accomidating. They both get a big thumbs up and I will have no hesitation in recommending the Window Mart Team to my family and friends.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I've never in life had such horrible service from a company before. Especially when you are paying 11k for something. 10 windows replaced in my home, all of them triple pan LoE. I would read all the low rated reviews before signing anything with this company. This is not our first time having windows redone in a home we've owned but it is a first time using window mart. I have learned my lesson the hard way and wish I never went with them. First off, there is a HUGE LACK of information in regards to the government rebate. Once we sent them our deposit, it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone from the company in regards to the process of how to take advantage of this rebate. It was sold to us by Sergio as " we take care of everything for you" which is why we went with this company. When calling the number before our installation we were advised that we followed the process correctly, only to find out after the installation, that no, we didn't. Yet, they also had no record of our conversation. I had requested to speak with someone from head office and called twice a week for 1 month leaving messages with no reply back EVER!!! This is our first winter and any Albertian would know, as of Jan 1 2024, it's been a pretty mild one. Our 3 bedrooms on the upper level last winter in -35 would hold a temperature of 18, while the rest of the house was at 19.5. These windows were original to the house. Now that we've replaced the windows, the 3 upper bedrooms hold an average temperature of 12 and we haven't even hit our real winter temperature for an Alberta winter yet. At first I thought, ok, lets get the ducts cleaned, that's been done and still, we can't keep our kids doors closed at night because of how cold it get in their rooms. The lowest was 8 last night, Jan 6th 2024, in my 4 years room. She crawled into my bed at 3am because she was so cold. I have made several attempts at contacting the company over the last week with no call back. I've now emailed them a picture, which I have added, showing that my window on the outside is leaking, water is dripping down our siding from our window seal. This picture was taken at 7:45 just as the sun was rising. This can't be normal. I understand that condensation on the inside of the window is completely normal but we have MOLD growing in the 3 windows on the upper level and it's a pool of water. SO BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

Vardan was an excellent sales man. The window installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were very hard workers. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everyone was easy to deal with, from our salesman to the workers. Windows arrived on time and work was done in a couple of days. Love our new windows and doors. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our sales person, Yuri was very helpful looking into our installation. The installers, Daniil and Andrey were excellent. They worked all day in 34 degrees heat and did a very good job. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company and their product is good.

Piyush (Sales Rep) was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions from start to finish. We had windows and a front door installed and the installers Sergii and his helper Ruslan were very professional and timely with the installation. They are both extremely hard working and took the time to care about the environment around them. They are a good team and Window Mart is lucky to have them as a part of their crew.

Matos is the project manager and he did our estimate. He came out 2 days after we called and was on time. He was able to answer all our questions. Hoping the install goes as well.

The work was done professionally and with attention to detail. There was an incident with a chipped glass but was replaced without hassle although it took a few months for it to arrive. All in all, a very good experience.

I had six windows and a back door installed. The windows went good it's the door that I had the most issues with. Then I thought the installation was going well and then once the crew left they left a mess for me to clean up especially nails and screws on the deck & lawn and they also left trash that I had to cut up and deal with. Then a few days after the installation the deadbolt came loose so I had to get another new one since they wouldn't use the current on that was on there and noticed that they didn't use all the pieces that was required to make the deadbolt work properly in the first place if they left all the parts that came with the deadbolt I could've fixed it myself. Also with the door I can see daylight through the top corner. I am sure I will see snow coming through it during the snow storm that we are supposed to get this evening. I have emailed the company and they said they would pass on the information to the manager that was five days ago. I am pretty sure I am not gonna get a call or an email back. So this was the second time I used this company, the first time was great, the second time wasn't it's like rush and get outta here as they have to much on the go.
