Had a great experience with Frank when he came out to inspect our future home. He was knowledgeable and insightful in terms of what was going on in the home, and what to expect down the road. He had a variety of tools to help see that his assessment and inspection was thorough and complete. His advice put us at ease, and ultimately tipped the scale into completing the purchase. We had a great experience having Frank as our home inspector. As a first time home buyer, Frank was very thorough when it comes to explaining things to us and how important it is to be able to take care of small home maintenance that can be done on your own. By doing so not only you learn more but also save money in the long run. The whole experience was very educational. His inspection report is amazing, very detailed and pictures were added for an easier understanding when describing a specific part of the house.

Frank is absolutely great! I have always used him for my home inspections (4 so far) and he is very thorough. He has inspected houses for me all over Ontario. He is very patient and explains all his findings in detail. He always answers all questions and his reports are top notch. I even had an emergency once and had to leave him with the realtor and he was on the phone with me afterwards explaining all the things in his report. As long as Frank is around there is no reason in my mind to call anyone else.

Frank was incredibly helpful. We had a bit of trouble with the selling realtor around when Frank could visit saying there were keys available when there wasn't. Frank showed up and there was no keys but was incredibly flexible and was able to rebook for the next day. When he was eventually able to get in he did an incredibly in depth and diligent inspection.

Was always available for communication. Worked around the hiccups in the process. 100% would recommend Frank.

Frank was a tremendous help in getting the inspection for a newly purchased home done. Professional, straight-forward, and provided excellent and thorough analysis of the house. He used a drone to inspect the roof, and returned (since there was snow on top) to re-inspect it afterwards, which I greatly appreciated.

He checked every nook and cranny of the house, and took the time to answer all of our questions (as first time homebuyers) both in-person and later over the phone. Plus, he provides an incredibly detailed report of what is functional, what might need improving, etc. - I would highly recommend Frank to any of my family or friends if they ever needed an inspector to take a look at a property!
